Normally we can send goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that we use a signed for service so it means we can’t ask for the postman to leave your order hidden if you’re out…
Out of stock items will generally be listed as such online.
We will never charge for items unless they are ready to send.
Split deliveries: you will never be charged more than the original delivery charge if we have to send your order in more than one consignment.
UK orders are either sent first class Royal Mail or by 48 hour Parcelforce depending on which is most cost effective. You can see how much postage will be (without entering any other information or committing to buy) by looking at your basket. Minimum delivery charge (in the UK) is £4.00, and maximum delivery (charge in the UK) will never exceed £16.50.
Place your item(s) in the basket and then go to checkout. From here you can choose the destination country (without entering any other information or committing to buy) to show the updated shipping cost.
Overseas orders are sent either Air Mail or Air Parcel. If the cost is not shown then please email us for the postage cost.
NON MAINLAND UK AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS:
These may incur some extra delivery charges. We will contact you if this is the case.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
If you want to return anything – within 30 days – we are happy to exchange or refund the original purchase price less the postage costs (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund postage too).
All returns must be in “as new” condition and we suggest that you use “proof of posting” (available free from any Post Office) when returning goods.
