DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We aim to send out orders within 48 hrs of receipt of order.
If you need your order urgently (next day if we can), let us know and we will do our best to speed things up.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you want to return anything then we are happy to exchange or refund the original purchase price less the postage costs (unless the item is faulty – in which case we will refund the postage cost as well).
All returns must be in “as new” condition and we suggest that you obtain “proof of posting”- available free from any Post office when returning any item.
For non UK orders we will discuss postage costs for replacements/exchanges with you before sending.
We charge what it costs to package and send the goods to you. We are not making any profit on delivery charges.
The cost of delivery is based on weight. UK orders are either sent first class Royal Mail a parcel service depending on what is most cost effective. You can see how much the postage will cost by viewing your basket at any time.
We can quote for overseas delivery. Please phone or email or send a screenshot of your order and we will get back to you with a delivery cost.
Non mainland UK and Scottish Highlands may incur some extra delivery charges- we will contact you if this is the case.
We accept all major credit cards except for American Express. We also accept payment via Paypal.
If you want to return anything – within 30 days – we are happy to exchange or refund the original purchase price less the postage costs (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund postage too).
