Duralex Lys glass bowls

I had been searching for this bowl for almost 2 years, but wherever I looked, it was out of stock. I searched online, and in every kitchen supplies shop in the UK and Australia. Nothing. Zilch. For followers of Elaine Boddy's sourdough recipes, you will know that it has to be a Duralex Lys bowl, 23cm in diameter, and 9cm deep, for the most important role of bulk proofing my precious sourdough. And at last, I found this perfect little treasure in Brighton! If you need this essential piece of kit for your bulk fermentation (it has other uses, obviously!) then look no further.
