The 24 cup mini muffin pan by USA Pan. What a beauty it is. Pretty essential, I'd say. Their website says

  • Each cup is approximately 2 x 1.5 x 1 inch for perfect one-to-two bite creations.... (love the idea of 'creations BTW).

May I recommend Yorkshire puddings made in these... It's not unheard of to make individual Yorkshires, I know, but mini ones have something really special going on: It's about the ratio of crispy outside to fluffy inside as well as the 'poppability' of tiny ones. Just pop one after the other. Just heaven.

Measures 40 x 29 x 2.5cm. (15.75 x 11.13 x 0.88 inches).
