Jam jar labels and chalk pencils

Superb 'blackboard' labels for your home made jams and pickles. They're reusable, wipeable and very smart. We of course, have the pencils to go with them but you could also use a chalk pen if you have one (then again, you could use a chalk pen directly on the jar).

Trust us not to have any twiddly borders on our labels. Just plain. 

They measure 7x4cm and you get ten in a pack.

Here's where you might expect a jam recipe, but no, you're getting a jam-related story: My friend Emma moved to a village in Dorset with a very serious minded WI. Hoping to integrate into her new village and the Women's Institute, she entered the jam making competition. She did not win. Her jam was too 'loose'. 

Here's the good bit: she demanded a re-mark.
