But you don't have to use this gorgeous ceramic spoon for mustard. Use it for anything you like, but that's its best use. Long enough to reach, with a generous 'bowl' for a good dollop. I like enough mustard to make me sneeze. I call it 'mustard nose'.
Ceramic spoons (or wooden ones) are traditionally used for mustard because the vinegar in mustard can tarnish metal.
