Paring knife

Excellent paring knives. Also German made. See the pic - blade says Solingen. That's the part of Germany (like Sheffield for us) that specialises in making great knives.

It's a great little all-round prep knife. If you prefer peeling your spuds with a knife, this is perfect for the job.
