Cook's knife

Not quite sure why they wouldn't be a 'cook's knife' but many six inch kitchen knives are referred to as such - I think perhaps because that's the most used size?

Anyway, these are Sheffield made marvellous kitchen knives. Red handles. Of all my knives (and we all have a fancy one in there somewhere) this is the 'go to' one. It has a really good hand feel, stays sharp and sharpens quickly when it needs it. I can't recommend it enough. In case you can't tell. Oh yes, dishwasher safe if you want to.
