Jam pot or even a sugar pot - lidded with a spoon. A staightforward whiteware jar. For marmalades, preserves, compotes and even mustard if you at A LOT. I have realised that one of the advantages of a lidded jam pot WITH SPOON, is that it encourages you not to stick your buttery, toast-crumby knife into the jam, leaving all your crud in there. You can put a dollop on your toast with the jam pot spoon! I knew there was a reason.
Goes really well with our ceramic butter dish. They look lovely together. And it also fits our honey dripper/dipper if you want to keep honey or syrup in it.
Oh yes, I thought of something else. Homemade cranberry sauce. You only need it once (or twice) a year and you don't need much. Put it straight in here.
10cm tall with an 11cm diameter. Holds about 350ml (just over half a pint).
