Actually called the 'Universal Opener'. Made by Westmark in Germany. This really, really is the all-in-one you've been looking for.

It makes light work of any jar lid size, any screw lid bottle size, any crown cap bottle top.... AND it'll make mincemeat out of your condensed milk tin (see video).

It's beautiful too and a lovely bit of engineering if you ask me.
